Invisibility
This buff gives caster invisibility for 3 Rounds.
Notes
- As invisible you can still be target of spells and weapons and you will still be affected by dodge rolls etc.
- Casting spells or being hit by spells does not dispel invisibility.
- You cannot see an invisible hostile character but you can often find out where he is located:
- When casting a spell on an empty tile where you suspect there is an invisible character you will see the effect of the spell in the fight history.
- If moving multiple tiles and suddenly get stopped in mid track, you can be sure there are an invisible character nearby.
- Moving into an invisible character will be treated as a failed dodge roll. You will lose your turn.
- When an invisible character is moving, you can see how many MP he used by looking in the fight history.
- You can hear the character. There are different sounds from walking up onto cliff, failing dodge rolls etc. Learn the sounds.
- If an invisible character stands on a special tile at the beginning of his turn, you will see the animation.
- If an invisible character is hitting you, you can by looking at the damage, figure out if he is hitting you from behind, from front or from the side. Read more here.
- You can reveal an enemy by using the spell Perception or Word of Youth.
- Some have reported that throwing a character will dispel invisibility.
