Sacrier's Blood

The sacrier is one of many classes. It specializes in altering and switching positions of characters. Initial stats: HP: 80 Initiative: 30 

Primary uses

  • The primary ability of the sacrier is probably Transposition. After srams Fear it is probably the most versatile, multi-purpose spell. Since you can cast it multiple times, you can in effect switch places not only with the sacrier itself but between other characters, positioning them at optimal places. For example a close combat character or a summon should be switched into close combat, an injured character or an archer or healer should be switched to be placed at the back. With this spell you can develop strategies which are very hard for the opponent to predict. You can put characters which otherwise would not reach opponent into range and so on.
  • Another use of Transposition is in a trapteam. This by switching position with the sram and attracting characters into a trap that have just been laid out.
  • The sacrier has the highest initial HP of all characters. Together with spells such as Bloodthirsty Madness, Sacrifice and Transposition it is often used as a punch-bag.
  • Also often seen used as a damage dealer. Fury, while not as useful as it has been in the history of Dofus Arena, can still be used with success in a setup where the sacrier has 9 AP. Assault, with the aid of back-stabbing which is often the case since you switch position with the target, do 20 damage with base AP and one back-stab.
  • Punishment is also very potent close combat spell when used with the right strategy.
  • As a healer, the sacrier can be very potent with the aid of Life Transfer. At first glance it seems useless since it hurt caster as much as it heals. The trick is to have multiple sacriers healing each other. If one for example has three sacrier casting the spell, it would heal 90 to all characters nearby while healing the sacriers themselves 30 (-30+30+30). The weakness being that losing one sacrier, will lose effectiveness of all.
  • Sacrifice is another very useful spell that can really surprise the opponent. It enables unlike no other spell instant teleportation across any distance. Thus by hurting yourself or allies in a careful elaborated strategy, mutilation being one way, it opens up for a multitude of various interesting strategies. Hard to use, but deadly in the right setup.
